Goodby Class!
Sorry that I am not there today. I have so enjoyed the class, and I wish everyone well. Gwen is going to send out an email in a few weeks which will have everyone’s contact information, from all five classes. Please be in touch!

For this week I used Marvel to demo an Apple Watch version. I made a rough wireframe and quickly realized that this app would have to be zoned in on one kind of interaction. Recipes are long, easier to read on a phone. I focused this app on the emotional interface of making comments. I […]
So, I spent most of today exploring Marvel. I was a little behind because I stayed within my comfort zone and used AdobeMuse to generate the wireframes. I think I have caught up! I loved Marvel; it is user friendly and embraces an open web because it is free, and kind, and also, not perfect. […]
Yes, I know thats an odd title! My father has Alzheimer’s, and I use my ipad a lot with him. It was amazing to me how easily he accepts and uses the tactile interactions. I have been making personalized GIFs for family and friends for a while, so when I read about GIFs escalating usage in Mobile communication I downloaded Riffsy. (In last Tuesday’s New York Times). I just sent my children a montypython GIF saying I love you 🙂
This is my app for my daughter. It allows her to archive recipes by calendar date and by category, and to insert comments via text and emoticon. It is not a Flinto file. http://mince01.businesscatalyst.com/index.html http://mince01.businesscatalyst.com/index.html

I am working on omnigraffle; where are you all? App name: MINCE (after much user discussion with my children) Goal: Archive […]
From Apple: You can create a resizable image to customize the background of several standard UI elements, such as popovers, buttons, navigation bars, tab bars, and toolbars (including the items on these bars). Providing resizable images for these elements can result in better app performance. From me: I am wondering when and why a designer would […]
