I was looking for a cycling app and I came across Cyclemeter. Its free so there are ads. The layout is a bit jumbled but informative. There is a map tracking function which I was looking for. I mainly chose it because it was the only one I could find that doesn’t make you log in some how AND it doesn’t insist on tracking you when you’re not using the app.
Also, I got the NYT Cooking app. I found this while researching food apps for this class. As expected from the New York Times, it is pretty slick and visually appealing. It has a lot of great recipes and they’re free.
