Covered in class but the switching between buttons in the circle on your tab bar is very disorienting.
Also covered in class, but easily switching between ingredients and steps is important unless you really incorporate very clear prep steps in your steps. The system for showing the number of steps isn’t very scalable for more steps. Perhaps use a traditional series indicator. Another argument for changing the steps is that they’re very similar to the circles that you tap to strike things off your shopping list.
You should definitely prototype crossing off items on the list, as I’m not totally sure those circles will be enough to indicate that they can be tapped.
The feed could use a little more love. Tell the reader why they’re seeing what they’re seeing there. Perhaps consider categories and labelling. At very least some visual variation would be more engaging for processing the feed.
