Yelp!
I just got the Yelp app and I love it! It is so thorough, at least with my small town in New Jersey, in terms of eateries and places to go and things to do. And even though it asks you to create an account from the beginning, you have the option to skip it! Also, one of my very close friends works for Yelp account management in San Fran!
