 Sleep Cycle Alarm Clock

Sleep Cycle is an App I used for a long time and it is very useful for preventing restless sleep. Sleep Cycle uses sound analysis to identify sleep states by tracking movements in bed. It uses a wake up phase (30 minutes by default) that ends at your desired alarm time. During this phase Sleep Cycle will monitor signals from your body to wake you softly, when you are in the lightest possible sleep state.

For the UX aspect, it has a very clear data diagram to show the sleep quality of users.

It is very easy to use and the instruction is very clear and easily accessible.
