Free Food – A Food (Info) Sharing App – Aero

So I “pivot” because I came up with this great idea on Thursday when someone said, it’s funny that everyone is texting their friends when there is free food around.

People like to share food because the leftovers are usually wasted and having food together is fun and more appetizing. Therefore, I decided to great this app to help people sharing food!

First, I came up with an app map:

App-Map-01

Then I started to create my wireframes.

Wireframes_Event Details

Wireframes_Getting Started

Wireframes_Home - Anon

Wireframes_Home - User

Wireframes_Menu

Wireframes_Profile

List view and pop up for map locations are not yet included in the wireframes but will be included in visual design mockups.

  1. The new concept is cool, and I’m sure that it can be something interesting to explore.

It’d be helpful if you’d label and/or number your wireframes so that it’s easy to correspond them with that you’ve done in your app map.

I’m not clear what I see when I open the app and have logged in. Do I see a map view with pins for different free food events? Is a map view the best? Even in New York, are you expecting tons of free food in a close area? Related to that, do you imagine that people will want to just share with anyone or with just friends? Can I change to whom I want to share?

The search seems to be playing with showing content by social circle, but I’m not sure where those options are coming from.

What does “followings” do for me? What things can I follow? People, areas, or events? Currently, there’s also no way to log out.

You’ve got an alright start here, but you’ll want to add more detail. You’re also already getting pretty design-y; I’d suggest freeing yourself up from that constraint so you can focus on interactivity and concept first.
